Cards.ai respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and who we share it with. By using the Service you agree to this policy. You are not legally required to give us information, but without it we cannot provide parts of the Service.
1. Information we collect
Account details: email address, name (if provided), preferred interface language and Google sign in details.
Card content: texts, images, logo, links, buttons, form settings and SEO settings.
Visitor leads: when a visitor submits the form on a card, we store the sender type, phone, email, message, approximate location and browsing language.
Usage data: a random visit ID, views, clicks, the referring site (domain name only) and the utm_source parameter. We do not store IP addresses or full referrer URLs in statistics.
Payment data is processed only by our payment processor. We do not store credit card details.
2. How we use it
To operate and provide the Service, display cards, deliver leads to card owners, send the account and card emails you agreed to at sign up (including a one time reminder to finish an unpublished card), show statistics, generate AI content at your request, bill, support, secure and prevent abuse, improve the Service and comply with the law.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers acting for us, such as cloud hosting and infrastructure, AI providers that process the text you enter, our payment processor, and Google when you sign in with it or connect Google Sheets.
Leads submitted by visitors are delivered to the relevant card owner, who is responsible for their use.
We will disclose information if required by law or court order, or to protect our rights, our users or the public. In a merger or sale, information may transfer to the acquirer subject to this policy.
Some providers may store information outside Israel, subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your interface language and store a visit ID for statistics. We do not use third party advertising cookies.
5. Security
We use reasonable security measures, including encryption in transit, restricted access and private file storage. No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention
We keep information while your account is active or as needed for the purposes above and legal compliance. After account deletion, information is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, except where the law requires us to keep it.
7. Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and other applicable laws, you may access your information, ask to correct or delete it, and object to marketing. Send requests to support@cards-ai.app.
Visitors who submitted details on a specific card should first contact that card's owner, and we will assist as needed.
8. Minors
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new update date.
