Terms of Service

1. The Service

Cards.ai lets you create, edit and publish digital business cards, receive leads, view statistics and use artificial intelligence tools to generate content.

We may change, add, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time at our discretion, and will try to give advance notice of material changes.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or a legal entity acting through an authorized representative. You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential.

You are responsible for all activity in your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

By ticking the consent box at sign up or tapping the I agree button, you agree to receive emails from us about your account and card, including a welcome email, lead notifications, and a one time reminder within a few hours after you stop editing a card that is not yet published, with a link to continue and an option to book a free help call. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask to be removed at any time at support@cards-ai.app. This consent is given under section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law, 1982, and the US CAN SPAM Act.

3. User content

Any text, image, logo, link or information you upload to a card ("User Content") is your sole responsibility. You represent that you hold all rights and permissions required and that it does not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or any law.

You grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to store, display, process and distribute User Content as needed to operate the Service.

You may not upload offensive, misleading, inciting, pornographic, unlawful or spam content. We may remove content or disable a card or account without notice if we believe a violation occurred.

4. AI generated content

Content produced by the AI tools is generated automatically and may be wrong, inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review and approve all content before publishing, and you alone are responsible for published content.

5. Leads and visitor data

Leads submitted by visitors to your card are stored for you. You are the controller of that data and responsible for using it lawfully, including privacy and anti spam laws. Do not send marketing messages to visitors without their consent.

Connecting Google Sheets or other external services is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for third party services.

6. Payment and subscription

Creating, editing and previewing a card are free. Publishing a card requires a monthly or yearly subscription at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Payments are handled by an external payment processor and we do not store credit card details.

We may update prices with advance notice. New prices apply from the next billing period.

Non payment may result in your card being unpublished. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service, its design, code, logo and the Cards.ai name belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the Service except as these Terms allow.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free or fit your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including loss of profits, revenue, customers, goodwill or data, arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

In any event, our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You are responsible for backing up your content. We are not responsible for data loss.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us for any damage, cost, claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your User Content, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your use of the Service for breach of these Terms or abuse.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service after an update means you accept it.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from them.

If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force. If the Hebrew version conflicts with a version in another language, the Hebrew version prevails.
